REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY
Return Policy: You may return items sold by Aixa Maria's Gift Baskets within 3 days of delivery if item was shipped by us, or within 3 days of purchase if it was purchased in store for a full refund of the purchase price if there was an error on our part, excluding shipping. However, we will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Items should be returned in their original product packaging.
Return Policy for Cancelled Orders: Please keep in mind that an order cannot be cancelled once it has been shipped. If you decide to cancel after shipment, our standard return policy applies.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for delivery address errors that cause delayed arrival/spoilage or incorrect handling/storage of the product after delivery.
Most orders are custom made, and items seen in the gallery may not be available at time of purchase. We do reserve the right to substitute items based on availability.
SHIPPING
We ship anywhere in the United States through USPS. We carefully package our baskets in order to help avoid damage during the delivery process. Once your order has been shipped, you will be provided with the tracking information via email. Products will be shipped within 2-5 days of placing an order. If you require expedited service, please select the proper delivery type or email me for a request and any additional charges that may apply.
